All fees are final and non-refundable
Once you pay for a listing on GTA Home Search, we don't give refunds.
This applies to all paid listings, including in these situations:
- You change your mind or cancel before your listing is approved.
- We send your listing back for changes. You can edit and resubmit it at no extra cost.
- You remove your listing early, for example because the home sold or rented.
- Your listing period ends without the result you hoped for.
- We remove your listing or close your account because you broke our Terms of Use.
- You delete your account.
Check before you pay
You can save a listing, preview it and edit it as often as you like before paying, so please check it first. We ask you to confirm this policy each time before you pay.
Billing mistakes
If we charge you by mistake, such as charging you twice for the same listing, contact us and we'll correct it.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't legally be waived.
